About Dave Nesbitt

After a career solving complex industrial engineering challenges worldwide, Dave applies the same rigor as a competitor and organizer in archery, guts frisbee, and disc golf—and builds the tools that support those sports.

The Laboratory Mindset

Today, NEZ Sports serves as a laboratory for experimentation, development, and education. The tools may have changed—from chemical cleaning systems to archery rating algorithms—but the process remains the same.

Observe.Measure.Analyze.Improve.

Dave brings together roles as engineer, problem solver, athlete, inventor, and software developer. Whether building tournament management software, designing custom fabrication, or developing motion analysis systems, every engagement starts with careful observation and measurable outcomes—drawn from decades as a competitor and event director across archery and disc sports.
