Development Laboratory

The Workshop

Where ideas become equipment, software, and solutions—CAD models, fabrication, motion rigs, and custom archery gear built on the same engineering process used across NEZ Sports projects.

The Workshop

Many sports technology products begin as ideas.

At NEZ Sports, those ideas often begin on a workbench, inside a CAD model, or as lines of code.

The workshop serves as a development laboratory where software, hardware, fabrication, motion analysis, and performance research come together.

Projects move through the complete design cycle:

Observe.Measure.Design.Build.Test.Improve.

Whether creating custom archery equipment, developing tournament software, designing motion capture systems, or fabricating unique awards, every project follows the same engineering process.

CAD & Product Design

Custom components and equipment modeled in modern 3D CAD systems before fabrication and testing.

Fabrication

Metal, wood, plastic, and composite projects built and assembled in a small garage workshop.

Software Development

Tournament management systems, performance analytics, APR tools, and sports-specific applications.

Motion Analysis

Multi-camera capture rigs—such as the three-webcam OBS Studio system built for X10 Archery—for simultaneous angle review with coaches.

Electronics & Sensors

Experimental systems incorporating IMUs, wireless devices, data acquisition, and custom instrumentation.

Awards & Recognition

Custom trophies, plaques, and laser-engraved awards designed and produced in-house.

Engineering never really ends. The problems simply become more interesting.
